After a short break, Whacko AVS is back to bring you another episode of gift-wrapped and ready to rock presets! My goals haven't changed: to bring you presets that push AVS to the limit and bring you interesting, unique, complex visuals. Get ready for more fun with 3D dynamic movements, 3D superscopes and custom written APEs that come together in some great, music-reponsive presets!

Wow, finally it is here. I'm really happy to see it.

These presets are great, you've been getting deep into APE's. I hope those APE's will get into the standard version of AVS. That will be like Advanced Visualization Studio v2.6. Just an example of new effects added by this pack:
- Trans / Color Reduction
- Trans / Multiplier
- Trans / Channel Shift
- Render / Tentacles 3d
- Render / Metaballs 3d

This pack completely blows my new pack (release tommorrow) away. Again, you've proven that you're the king of AVS, UnConeD.

Nullsoft should hire you.

These presets are very nice, and the effects are clever, but Whacko II is still my favorite. My favorite preset in THIS is probably Hypernet... great job.

Ok after a short look at the presets I can 100% surely say that I am totally amazed...

I absolutely love the cartoon trip one... perhaps because I loved the comatose enlightment...
and it looks just as something I would expect in an animation movie... absolutely stunning...

the 3d ones are incredible too, and the energy ball as well...
these avs presets make me think I'm watching a benchmark demo...
really something out of the ordinary... these will keep me occupied for a while now :D (Big Grin)

funny, the earth in Nuclear Warfare shows up really dark in fullscreen mode

i was just broswing through the thumbnails and, oh my god, whacko AVS IV, yipeeeeeeee.
avs-king was right, nullsoft should hire you.

The reason the earth showed up dark was because when you go fullscreen, AVS starts with a blank buffer. The preset contains a 'first-frame-only' clear which is skipped... it takes a while for the regular fadeouts to bring it back to white, when it starts black. You can uncheck the 'first frame only' to fix this, but it'll slow down the preset a bit (though not much).
